Custom Orders Custom and personalized orders are final sale. By placing a custom order, you confirm that all details provided (spelling, sizing, design preferences) are correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Payments We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
