Return & Refund Policy

Custom Orders All custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items, no exceptions.

Non-Custom Items We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund if approved.

Accessories All accessories are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
