Processing Time Standard items are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the order. You will be notified if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at embellishbyarwa@gmail.com with photos and we will do our best to assist you.
